In Store Shopping:
We offer a wide selection of new, in-stock, high-quality, fast-selling fine jewelry in gold, silver, platinum - with and without precious gemstones.
We also offer a convenient and fun design center to custom create engagement rings, specialty family and anniversary jewelry, special orders and commissioned, one-of-a-kind fine jewelry pieces.
We provide complimentary cleanings, inspections, appraisals and gift box/wrap of fine jewelry we create for you, as well as a complimentary, first-time, perfect-fit sizing of each ring bought from us.

Jewelry Repair:
We specialize in on-site gold ring sizing, rhodium plating (white gold), heirloom restorations, redesigns of broken or severely worn jewelry and replications of any piece. We also specialize in "text-ahead" services. Text pictures and as much info as you can {what metal and gems are in your piece, what you need done, anything precious about the story of your jewelry} to Enchanted Jewelry at 860-317-1014. We will reply personally and get you on your way to proudly wearing your precious piece again.
We provide expert on-site bench jeweler repair - most often within one to seven days. Express services (while you wait and same-day) are occassionally available for an additional fee.
Ring Sizing:
Next-day and same-day express ring sizing of most fine jewelry rings is available.
The range of typical costs per ring sizing is listed below.
An exact quote is given after inspection, as the design of the ring, the number of sizes to go up or down, the amount of jeweler time required and the amount of precious gold and silver that must be added to properly size a ring affect the total cost.
- Platinum - priced at time of quote - may require laser (currenlty done off-site)
- Sterling Silver, 10kt and 14kt yellow gold - Size Down: $42 average - Size Up: varies
- white gold - priced individually with rhodium and by number of stones to inspect/tighten
- Rings bought in store - complimentary :-)
Test old, and install new watch batteries: $5.00 (this 1986 price may change at the end of 2020)
